Prices are displayed in USD and may be subject to applicable taxes depending on your location.
Paid subscriptions are billed on a recurring monthly basis. Payment is processed securely through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain access to paid features until the period ends.
Subscriptions may be cancelled at any time through your account settings. Due to the digital nature of the Service, payments are non-refundable except where required by applicable EU consumer law.
Users in the European Union have a 14-day right of withdrawal for new subscriptions. To exercise this right, contact us at [email protected] within 14 days of your initial subscription purchase.
Credit top-ups and one-time purchases are non-refundable once generation credits have been used.
Payments are processed securely by Stripe, Inc. By completing a purchase, you also agree to Stripe's terms of service, available at stripe.com/terms.
We reserve the right to modify subscription prices. We will provide at least 30 days' notice of any price changes. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.
You may use the Service for personal and commercial purposes, subject to your subscription plan and these Terms.

You retain ownership of the prompts you create and the images you generate using the Service. By using the Service, you grant D.O.M.A Image Studio a limited, non-exclusive license to store and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.
If you choose to make content public through the Gallery feature, you grant D.O.M.A Image Studio a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display that content on the platform. You may remove content from the public gallery at any time.
The Service, including its design, codebase, branding, and documentation, is the intellectual property of D.O.M.A Image Studio. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without our express written permission.
Image generation is powered by third-party AI providers (including Google Gemini). Use of these models is also subject to their respective terms of service. We make no warranty regarding the output of third-party AI systems.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy and our Cookie Policy. By using the Service, you consent to the data practices described therein.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time without liability.
AI-generated images may be unpredictable, inaccurate, or unsuitable for your intended purpose. You are solely responsible for reviewing and using generated content appropriately.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, D.O.M.A Image Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities.
Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 6 months preceding the claim.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Latvia and the European Union. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be submitted to arbitration in Riga, Latvia, under applicable Latvian law.
If you are a consumer in the EU, you may also have the right to use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or a notice on the Service. Continued use of the Service after the effective date of changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
